Manual Therapy

I use a mixture of Sports Therapy and Osteopathic techniques to alleviate pain, improve muscle imbalances, increase joint range of motion and mobility. I treat a wide range of complaints including:

  • Neck Pain
  • Back Pain
  • Shoulder Pain
  • Knee and Hip Pain
  • Foot and Ankle Pain

Common issues seen are:

  • Headaches
  • Whiplash
  • Lower back/Pelvic pain
  • Sciatica
  • Plantar Fasciitis
  • Golfer/Tennis Elbow

McLoughlin Scar Tissue Release

McLoughlin Scar Tissue Release (MSTR) is a gentle hands on treatment for scars as a result of surgeries or trauma. MSTR will help to improve blood circulation to the scar aswell as free trapped nerve endings and improve lymphatic flow. MSTR is commonly used for:

  • Caesarean section scars
  • Hysterectomy scars
  • Spinal surgery scars
  • Trauma scars such as those typically found on the knee
  • Head wound scars
  • Mastectomy scars etc…
  • Amputation scars
  • Underlying scar tissue from laparoscopic surgery

Corrective/Rehabilitation Exercises

During my career in the RAF I was an Endurance Training Leader. which meant I would take the people on Runs, Circuit training and bodyweight training. Since then I have become a Human Movement Specialist which covers functional movement, corrective exercise and Strength and performance training.
We will be able to advice you on corrective exercises to improve your recovery as well as build up your strength to help limit the chances of your injury recurring.

Sports Massage

Sports massage is a form of bodywork geared toward people in sports. It is used to help prevent injuries, to prepare the body for athletic activity and maintain it in optimal condition, and to help athletes recover from workouts and injuries. Sports massage has three basic forms: pre-event massage, post-event massage, and maintenance massage.


Jade is our Nutritional Therapist, but Jaimie does cover this in his degree under the naturopathy module and will be able to help advise you. We would inform and educate you on achieving your goals and making the right food choices for health and performance.
